Old buildings to be demolished

SINGAPORE: The old towers- called SongTel Academy located at Buket Teemah Rd will soon be demolished.

"Once they go into full swing, the grounds are expected to emptied by Feb 2007.." said Mr Jia, CEO, Songtel.

It was reported that all of the staff have moved over to either the new building at Ser-wrongoon or ConCentre. There were different responses from the staff of Songtel as Reporter S. PY. has gathered.

"Ohh.. it's such a pity that there will be no more badminton courts, table soccer, arcade rooms, jackpot rooms nor swimming pools available", said Ms Yi, Analyst, Songtel.

"Ala~~ have to travel all the way to Ser-wrongoon! very far u know!", exclaimed unhappily, Mohd Bin, Security Guard.

"On other hand, we are moving into a brand new office in Ser-wrongoon. It's renovated very beautifully!", commented Mdm Ding, Senior Mgr, Songtel.

Weekend!!! WOoOOHOoOOoo~~ but wad?! my left eye was sore and swollen again.. throat was sore.. down with flu.. feelin feverish.. omg.. there goes my weekend.. -___-" NO~! i wana meet up with Bunny Gang! he is finally back.. hahaa now left Yong le.. almost every fren who went overseas for studies are back... hee..

the tot kept running in my mind: "i cant miss the Bunny outing.. i gotta recover.. i gotta recover.." so i was a very obedient patient.. changed into winter wear and went to winter-sleep once i reached home.. haha.. but i din get any better wor.. hmmm decided to divert my attention lil abit with 宫-野蛮王妃 DVD!! heh.. n after several applications of the sterile eye gel.. drowning large bottles of H20~ nearly finished every drop of water in my home.. hoho.. indeed the sickness went away! n the eye got a lil' better the nxt day.. so i went ahead to the outing! hahaha...

The Bunny Gang (Bunny Calvin Eddie Kevin Jimmy..and Karen joined much later) .. as usual.. as crappy.. juz like 2 years ago.. haha.. if onli law was there~~ would hv been more crap~!! haha.. there were some changes in everybody, be it outlook or status.. but it was still ok la.. heehe.. we drank and ate and drank again~ hahaaa.. and tats all folks.. hoho.. back home, back to 宫 but juz couldnt stand korean dramas.. draggy and draggy and forever draggy~~~~ the last 2-3 discs were spoiler to the whole show~ watchin and scolding until 1am, i lost my patience, i went to sleep.. hahaha..

but perhaps i wasnt in deep sleep yet, i was woken by my bro, dad, auntie and grandma ard 2 or 3.30am.. couldnt figure out the time too.. they were arguing again about opening the windows.. haiz.. why cant my grandma juz get it into her head... JOLLY WELL KEEP THE WINDOWS OPEN~ everyday we open it, she close it.. at least a hundred times per day! hai..

i wana finish up the discs man~ but tonite meetin up with cy, elly and shirley go home die die muz finish.. hahaah perhaps i shld juz watch it in 1x or 2x speed??? hahahahaha..

Outing after work

as planned, we were at chinatown after wrk to seek for the d&d costume~ hee.. although i got mine oreadi, i stil went as promised la.. hee 蛮过瘾的~ cos i no nid worry juz keep choosing different outfits for them.. see them try and try many outfits.. wahahaahahaha.. i dun intend to look too traditional la.. duno jeans/black pants wil match better.. preferably a pair of jeans.. =p

after tat was dinner.. at smith street.. the food there not nice or everyone werent hungry? they onli bot a bowl of tang yuan and some popiah.. zzzz... i tot we are gg to order lotsa food and share wor........ =X hahahaa nvm eat less.. good.. hahaa.. on our way home, i realised so my TL oso watch 单飞比较红！whahahahahahahahahahaaa!!!!!!!

Sunday Slacking Day

slept till 1pm! hoho.. great feeling huh.. but i missed the gym workout with peiyu.. hoho.. nvm i am damn sure i am motivated to go jogging now.. cos i hv got a new adidas top and a new pair of jogging shorts.. whahahaha...

hee.. basically i slacked thruout the whole day.. i oso duno wad i did.. very soon it was 7pm, time for 恶作剧之吻 and 8+ my aunt and uncle and their 3 sons were here to visit grandma.. they bot a whole spring chicken and gyoza and porridge.. even after i told them we oreadi had our dinner -_-" as usual aunt asks same qns.. "wad are u wrkin as.." "where u wrkin at.. huh stil not perm? why stil contract? aiyer so bad ar!" "aiyer.. sunday why u at home nt out pak tor-ing" "eh got bf muz bring to show me leh" aiya heck care la.. at least now they removed the most prickling line "u put on weight leh~" i hope they wun say tat to me anymore! hahaha.. hearing these qns.. i feel no more anger.. juz felt abit sickening of the same things over and over again.. hahaha..


everyone said 宫。我的野蛮王妃 is damn nice.. but i din bother to watch.. but even bro said it was not bad.. so i decided to give it a chance.. hee.. converted to my iPod and watched half ep this mornin on train.. hehee.. ok la.. so far so gd.. i tink watchin on train better.. at least i wun doze off watchin it on my sofa at home.. hahaha..

Saturday Shopping Day

yea went to watch the happy feet movie on sat nite after a long day of shoppin.. hoho... our monthly shoppin on payday.. hee.. got an Adidas top and an ELLE sports shorts!! hoho.. din go to Expo Adidas Sales but stil managed to get 40% discount at World of Sports! Most importantly, got my cheongsam top for my D&D!! hahaaah.. hohoho.. but i tink she spent more than me.. heh heh and end of the day, we feasted out at Sakae Sushi.. heh heh heh.. *sinful*

During the movie.. at a point of time.. i was cryin, lui was laffing loudly! how come possible? why why why? am i too emotional or is she too unfeeling? haha..the part where he asked his buddies to take care of his mum, his dad and his gal.. i dropped a tear.. i dun remember wad was so funny at tat pt of time.. but indeed i heard a lil' laughter including lui's.. well i muz hv been too emotional.. hehee.. but it was juz a tear la.. a drop of tear.. i nearly tot the movie ended juz lidat.. but tot of the whole duration, hmmm no it's too short to end.. hahaa..

anyway it's a very funny and yet touching movie.. err or cartoon? hahaa.. as expected anyway.. but all the more i like this happy feet toy on my desk! how i missed it during the weekends.. esp. after the movie! hoho..

Friday Night-Out...

hoho met up with mei.. intended to go for a haircut.. but $42 for a haircut.. no way we are gonna let kimage earn tat money juz bcos they call themselves Prestige~~ heh heh.. so we went for a walk ard in town.. as usual, those malls again.. this time was the DFS mall~ hahaha went in tinkin no tax mah.. shld hv cheaper perfumes or somethin.. then she spotted a COACH latest design handbag.. >$700bucks! OMG~ yet this gal was considering of buying it~ hahaa i duno how come our shopping style can be sooooooo different leh! hahaha..

in tat COACH boutique, i din feel easy at all carryin my vodka big bag (u all shld noe which bag i am refering to) and i was wearing a bling bling tee with jeans.. lucky i was in heels not slippers.. hahaa.. while she was wearing a tube dress with a blazer jacket -.- it was FRIDAY u noe.. a dress-down day.. well well.. indeed our combination looked kinda funny.. hahaa.. but was ok for me la.. my main objective is to meet up with her mah.. not shopping mah.. and i'm almost 100% sure there's nothin in there catching my eye.. they are juz beautiful ornaments but not for me.. hehee..

anyway after tat we headed over to KTV and met up with Dez.. they took my hp and start sms-ing Jun and Audrey.. and SURPRISINGLY, they agreed to come readily! hahahahaha wad a nite.. if Yong was there, we will juz be singing like before.. feelin abit different though.. but nvm.. hehehe... supper was at Newton Circus.. mei was sleepy le.. i noe cos previous 2 nites she had been dead beat le.. haha.. so Jun sent us back like before again.. and the feeling was so nice cos he knew all the way to our homes so clearly without me havin to give any directions at all.. hehehe...

the nite ended with Golden Horse Awards back home.. i watched the Repeat Telecast til 4am and missed sunday morning's gym with Peiyu.. =p hahahaa.. *guilty*

Desire Illusions..

oh gosh.. nokia7390 dream fone is out~ but sad sad sadzzz.. the price is really ex! hahaa.. i cant afford to splurge on this non-necessity yet.. haha.. yes.. i call it a non-necessity cos my k750i is only 13months old.. and honestly speaking, my desire for new gadgets are never gonna end.. haha ok i am not gg to upgrade yet.. mainly for a reason.. i wan my name on the bill.. but can i last 11 more months?

Job Satisfaction

a busy busy day at work~ i cant believe it.. o pls.. dun tell me abt murphy law! i hate it~ as far as i remembered, i din like geography during sec days, but time after time, i was being assigned to draw those shipping service routes maps for my company.. the so call web designer in the company has to do this job, i guess.. BUT i noe nuts about world maps! drawing from scratch.. or tryin to match different existing maps of different sizes into one.. tat reali depends on photoshop skills~ hahaa.. but knowledge is stil critical here.. How big is USA compared to China and Africa on the map.. wads their ratio size.. where is Pipavav and where is Nhava Sheva and omg.. where is Norfolk??!?! can u feel wad i am feelin? hahaa...

i needed a clear mind and some peace at tat point of time.. so i left ofc and brought the maps home.. but back home i din do anythin in d end.. wahahahaa... too much entertainment! hohoho.. but no worries.. i believe i can do it! a fresh mind will allow me to do all tat multitasking! cos i hv some users' emails to respond to.. and i reali yearn to do some designing of xmas cards.. i dun mind staying up to do them! but i'm juz afraid of not getting up on time tmr! Hahahaha.. sometimes i really felt tat i needed to feel some job satisfaction when it comes to work.. yes do give me advise and pointers and all the guidance i may need, but i guess i stil wana complete the task on my own at the end of the day?

today i was told it is the Appraisal Period.. my first self-appraisal form to fill up.. there's always a first time like my TL said.. haha.. and come to tink of it.. if i were to give up my work to someone else, what does tat spells on me? Haa.. Self-appraisals.. how really good and how honest should one be???

originally planned to go jogging but tricia jio to go vivocity together.. haha so no jogging again! hmmm tmr bah! hahahaa... i think it's her turn to grow a pimple in the eye this time~ cos she had almost the same symptoms as mine except tat hers was more serious than mine~ haha.. she say probably too heaty tats why.. well well.. anyway we feasted at a cafe named TERRA on level 2.. hey the food is nice~~~ hee..

and since last week i bot tat 86% chocolate bar.. fell in love with cocoa.. especially DARK CHOCOLATE! =D Ben had specially asked me to buy some to bring to office tmr.. so i got another two bars! but no more 86% ler =( and look! sp bot m&m bitesize cookies to office for us! Yummy!!! nice leh~! nicer than chocochips cookies, coz it's m&m chocolate inside~ melts in your mouth, not in your hands!!hahaha...


tricia went with the intention of SHOPPING but not for me~~ i had spent enough.. more than enough.. no more money le la.. haha.. so i juz see her buy lor... anyway although Vivo is big.. but there arent reali much suitable shops for me.. haha.. i juz felt everytime i went, i end up damn tired.. perhaps it's too huge to walk.. perhaps the journey is too far back home too.. i'm dead beat now.. gg to bed now! good nites! ^-^

relaxing weekends are wonderful..

din blog the whole weekend.. cos i realised at home i am busy with this busy with tat.. hahaha.. din hv time to sit down and blog too.. keke.. lemme update a lil' bit now..

First.. guess what? NEver did i expect tat i'll fortunate enough to get these $22 air tix to taiwan~ inclusive of tax in total will be $156 return ticket!!!


Nearly missed the chance initially, cos din noe if our leave will be approved.. and also din know our passport expiry dates! As expected, where got so easy rte.. spent the whole friday mornin refreshing and refreshing the jetstar webby.. and after losing connection for 10000 times.. by the time the page is loaded with the dates i wanted, the tix are gone.. so had to try and try.. until finally got it~! 31st January to 7th February.. WOOoOOoooOHoooOOoooo~~~~

So excited with lui tat we decided to meet up at nite to go Vivo...and coincidentally saw the i-weekly event..


hahaha Cruz Teng and Liyi are the hosts.. and some other mediacorp stars... like Chen Song Ling, Edmund Chen, Chen Hanwei, Dasmond Koh, Bai Wei Xiu, Quan Yi Feng, Huang Wen Yong, Patricia Mok and etc.. but we shopped until missed the chance to catch Zoe Tay in time.. hahaa.. too bad.. =X at nite surprisingly, lui agreed readily to come over my hse for the nite to discuss the details on the trip.. but maybe we are juz tooo tired.. cant reali concentrate or discuss much.. haha.. and nxt i had to meet mei for the handwriting seminar early in the mornin! =p

and there we went for the seiminar.. quite interesting la.. cos i'm interested in analyzing ppl! haha.. eh after tat we went shopping at orchard.. haha this mei ar.. her shopping style reali differs from me lor.. she can get juz a white simple cotton top at Esprit for $80 @__@ and she shops at Mango, Zara, Topshop, Bysi, GG5 and Esprit.. i can find nothing in these shops to even try on for fun.. hahaha nvm.. anyway i had spent enough for the month la.. haha.. it started pouring out of the blue, so we headed home le.. i din even change.. and juz took a short nap before i headed out to meet singtel bunch at Marina Sq! haha.. busy day huh.. keke..


and since Val was there.. she was of cos the main lead of all.. hehee.. everybody took turns to carry her.. i juz kept myself busy snapping photos of everyone.. haha.. the nite was as usual.. sitting down for some crap and dinner.. and spent most of the time deciding wad to eat.. where to go next.. and finally went to Selegie for our fav. tao huey.. and billard at Paradiz.. hehee.. ok la.. once in a while.. we shld meet up.. otherwise.. a wonderful group of ppl will lose contact de.. hehee.. i wouldnt wan tat to happen! =p

The SnS Mission was put to action finally.. after a few months of wait.. those who visited my room would have known.. how all the stuffs are packed under my window.. and how all my clothes are thrown on my armchair in my bedroom.. haha.. so i started off with the root of the problem.. throwin everythin onto the floor.. and after 4 hours of packing and throwing.. it looked like this..

My holiday starts today!

Finally exams are over!!!!!! hohohohoho.. soo happy to the extent tat i cant describe leh!! after our paper.. we decided to go Orchard and meet Laoda & Sunny for lunch... hahaha caught up abit with them.. and guess wad.. Laoda is gettin married!! hohohoho.. she mentioned abt organising a gathering for all before the big day.. so i assume she dun intend to keep it low anymore.. hehee.. i can safely announce it here la! hahahahahaa.. and next.. as planned.. I have two issues here to wail about!

First.. it's damn pekcek when u see ppl walkin one big round to waste time when u already pointed a straight path for them to walk.. and end up they finished walking tat one whole big round THEN they see the straight path and take it.. and best is they will NEVER realise tat was the initial path u hv pointed out to her long ago.. to make things worse for u.. after tat they come telling u.. "hey u noe wad.. i found this straight path leh.. hehehe" i really felt like shaking them up and shout into their ears: "HEY I TOLD U BEFORE RTE?"

Second.. tell me.. how many times muz the plane fly.. haizz.. haiz.. of cos i can always find some other things to do on the same day.. but well.. i'm talkin about the feelin of lookin forward and getting disappointed lor.
